Deliberate creation of opportunities starts with language! 

Thoughts and language shape our reality. Philosophers agree. “As a man thinks, so he is; as he continues to think he remains.” – James Allan.

So, I figure, our thinking AND verbal expression thereof better be good when it comes to the manifestation of goals and dreams. That is exactly the reason why I coach my clients to become very specific in language. I share tools to empower unemployed South African women and mothers to deliberately create opportunities for themselves and their families. These women become financially and socially independent. Because they say so.

Here is what I tell my clients:

1. Be very aware and deliberate with your language!
“Trying is lying,” says Dr. Edith Eger, Holocaust survivor, psychologist, and renowned author. She recommends eliminating the following language from our vocabulary: I can’t, I need, I should and I’m trying.

2. Be specific in goal setting! 
Are your goals measurable in time and space? What exactly do you want to do and by when will you do it? 

3. Make integrity your way of life. 
Marc Steinberg, founder of Consciousness Coaching™️ defines integrity as “doing what I said I would by when I said I would do it.” He also teaches that the power and probability of manifesting our goals are in direct relation to the degree of our integrity. According to this master coach, we become very powerful when our language and actions become one.

Life begins to happen for us instead of to us when we deliberately step out of our heads and use language to move into action.
